Morphology+ Student Passages Affixes Book 2

Morphology Plus Student Passages provide meaningful opportunities for students to apply new morphological knowledge to connected text. There are two passages for each concept in IMSE’s Affixes 2 Scope and Sequence. For each passage, students can read the text, identify words containing the target morpheme, and analyze each word to create a word sum. IMSE provides a teacher answer key for each passage with words containing the target morpheme underlined in the passage. This resource is exactly what teachers need to support and extend students’ understanding and application to explicit morphology instruction of empowering affixes.
